While we do sell homes in Las Vegas, we primarily focus our attention on the beautiful city of Henderson, a place we love to call home.

Henderson is the 2nd largest city in Nevada and celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2003 (though Henderson actually emerged in the 1940’s to supply the country with magnesium during World War II). It is located just 7 miles from the famous Las Vegas strip and minutes from Lake Mead and Boulder City. Henderson truly reflects a community that enjoys small town values, while benefitting from big city efficiencies. The US Census reported in recent years that Henderson was the fastest growing large city in the United States. Money Magazine also rated Henderson in the “Top 50 Safest Cities” in the US in 1997, “Top 20 Best Places to Live” in 2006 and “Top 100” in 2008. Residents love that in addition to having no income tax, Henderson has one of the lowest property taxes in Nevada, and that it’s Parks, Recreation, Fire and Police Departments are nationally accredited.

In the 1980’s, Henderson became home to the first master planned community in Southern Nevada, known as Green Valley. Following the success of Green Valley, development continued to flourish and it is now home to over 25 Master Planned Communities. With a number of Age-Qualified Communities (55+) and activities, and over 15 public and private Golf Courses, it’s no wonder Henderson was ranked “3rd Best City to Retire” in the United States. For families with children, Henderson boasts several top-rated public and private schools, as well as over 40 fabulous parks and recreational facilities, the highest per capita in the state. In fact, Henderson features Nevada’s largest outdoor amphitheater-The Multigenerational Facility, which is the host to a number of cultural community events.
